Caphyon AWR – Advanced Web Ranking – An Overview

Advanced Web Ranking from Caphyon is search engine optimization software. In last few years, lots of people are doing stuff with SEO. Products related to SEO are increasing rapidly. To be very true, there are only few of them which are remarkable and Caphyon’s advanced web ranking is on the top. Two Years ago, I read about it on a blog and since that it is the permanent SEO solution for me. Since then, Advanced web ranking is my solution for all my needs of website ranking, search engine ranking, and Keyword Research Tool. I have been managing network of my own sites as well as many other clients since 2 years. Frankly speaking, I couldn’t be successful without Advanced Web Ranking. Although it was my first SEO application I ever used but I never feel the need to switch to another one so Caphyon’s Advanced Web Ranking is my first and last SEO application. I am going to reveal (because I think it is a hidden treasure) it to you and am sure that Caphyon’s AWR is going to be one and only SEO Application for you. Main Parts of Advanced Web Ranking
For me Advanced Web Ranking as bundled Application has two parts and I am going to explain them in 2 parts.
1. Caphyon Advanced Web Ranking
2. Caphyon Advanced Link Manager
The first application i.e. Advanced Web Ranking fulfills all your needs of determining your ranking in different Search Engines like Google, Bing, and Yahoo. Along with that it offers cool tools for your keyword research.
The 2nd application i.e. advanced link Manager is core related to links. It retrieves backlink data from search engines and then it represents it to you in a smart and sleek way.
It is the best tool for checking link popularity and it is the only link manager I have been using since my first attempt to it.
I am now going to write (what I know) on them separately.
Advanced Web Ranking
It is as easy as 123 to add new projects in advanced web ranking. Just Follow the steps below.
a. Double click Advanced Web Ranking Icon.
b. You will be provided a screen with options of loading an existing project or to add a new project. Click on the button New Project. See Figure 1.1

c. You will be provided the next dialog to select your desired search engine. Select your search engine with which you want to track the ranking. By default 3 search engine Google, Bing, and Yahoo are selected. If you’d like to edit these parameters to select more or less search engine then check/uncheck those search engine (see figure 1.3) and click next. See Figure 1.2 and 1.3

d. You will be provided next screen where you can add your keywords. You can add your keywords manually or you can import from a text file. To import your keywords from a text file, place one keyword per line and save the file (You can add as many keywords as needed). Import that file from import button. Check figure 1.4 below for the screenshot.

e. Next screen is to add your site. See Figure 1.5

f. In next 2 screens, you can edit mail configurations like smtp server etc and you can add your client emails.
g. On the last screen, click OK Button. You will be provided a dialog to name your project. Put your desired name there and that’s it.
2. After adding your project, you’d need to set different parameters like how many search engines pages or results to search for specific keywords and other parameters. You can change it from Options Menu in the main screen (In state of application having opened your project). You can find the options menu in top Menu Bar, see Figure 1.6 and then you can change different parameters, See Figure 1.7

3. Next thing to do is to edit your report format. You can generate reports in different formats and extensions like PDF or HTML or EXCEL. You can change Projects Titles and other stuff. To edit your reports, click on the Edit Reports Menu in Top Menu Bar. See Figures 1.8, 1.9,1.10, and 1.11

4. Next thing is to generate reports. Click on the Reports Menu in Top menu and you will be provided a dialog to select reports. You can generate multiple reports by clicking on Multiple Reports. You can check/uncheck different reports there. Once selected, click the generate button and you will have your desired reports. See Figure 1.12

5. You can get 6 types of reports from advanced web ranking which demonstrate different values and data. Advanced Web ranking is efficient enough to manipulate the data in way that it will fulfill all your needs for ranking.
a. Overview Report – It shows your ranking in different search engines and gives you an overview of what have been changed since last update. Check Figure 1.13

b. Keyword Rank – It shows your rank in different search engines. It shows your current rankings, previous rankings, change, page where your keyword is ranked and the best value till now. Check Figure 1.14

c. Visibility Report – This report gives you an overall percentage and figure of your current visibility. You can briefly analyze your current progress(success or failure). See figure 1.15

d. Top Sites Report – For a specific keyword it shows all the sites above that. If your site would be ranked on 70th place, it will show all 69 sites above it. See Figure 1.16

e. Current Rank Report – it shows current ranks of your keywords. It is very similar to keyword rank report. See figure 1.17

f. Search Engine Rank – This report shows your site sorted by Search Engine and your keyword. See Figure 1.18

Advanced Link Manager
Advanced link manager is not too different from Advanced Web Ranking because you will have to go through almost all those steps which are necessary for Advanced Web Ranking. It is not very complicated. The team at Caphyon makes it so easy to use all of their products that it just takes a few minutes to go through their products. Advanced Link manager is the easiest and comprehensive link manager I have used so far.
Here are few simple steps which you should know to use Advanced Link manager.
1. Open up Advanced link Manager by clicking the advanced link manager icon on your desktop. You will be provided with a dialog to add new project or open up an existing project. Click on new project button and you will be provided one more dialog. Enter your website there. See figure 2.1

2. By clicking next, you will be provided with another dialog with a list of search engines. Select/ Unselect search engine from the list. Click next and you will be provided a dialog to name your project. See Figure 2.2 and Figure 2.3

3. Next thing to do is to edit reports format according to your needs. You can choose them in pdf format and you can change default name with your own project or website name. See figures 2.4,2.5, and 2.6

4. After having your projects updates, you’d need to generate reports. This is super simple in Advanced link Manager. See Figure 2.7

5. Nine types of reports are available in Advanced link Manager. You can use them for your analysis. Many of reports give you very detailed information about your reports. See Figures 2.8,2.9,2.10,2.11,2.12,2.13,2.14,2.15 for reports.

Linkbuilding, PR, and SERPS- A dilemma or a blessing

Majority of webmasters caught in dilemma of building links or not. Some says Google will slap them for having not related links with other sites. Some says it is a blessing that we have opportunity to build links to get appreciation. What I am going to say is not my personal thoughts but I have gathered it visiting several popular blogs. Majority of newbie webmaster think that it is a dilemma but later they found it a blessing(This is what I think).
PR and SERPS?
Here you need to clear your vision. What you want to do? Establishing a good PR is entirely a different thing rather than having good Position in Google Pages(SERPS).
Here you can perform different tasks to attain desire results.
I shall not go in detail but just list the resources or tasks to do for both.
What should you do for PR!
1. Directory submission(build your link)
2. Article Submission
3. “Do Follow” blog Commenting
4. Photo Blog Commenting
5. Signature Posting
6. Social Bookmarking Submissions
Yes follow all above listed and you will have a good PR
What Should you do for SERPS
1. Decide which are your keywords first of all for which you want to get good position
2. Use those keywords everywhere on your online presence with your link. It is called Anchor building
3. You must have good content on your site with keywords density at least 5%
4. Don’t go for highly competitive keywords in start.
5. Drive traffic to your site (that is as important as other aspects)
6. update your blog at least twice a week at least.
Do Follow Blog Commenting- Resources, Tips, and Rescue

No doubt, we are extreme learners and internet gives us an opportunity to implement all our learning quickly. I think all webmasters know how to optimize their sites, but, sometimes we implement those techniques in a wrong way so we penalized
Straight forward, I am going to share my experiences of do follow blogs commenting. How can we be smart and efficient? In title of post you can see a word “rescue”, I think that is very important because after launching our campaigns, we find ourselves helpless when our sites are flagged as spam by Akismet. I’ll discuss how to rescue you from that
Resources:-
I hear this term “Do follow blogs list” more than 100 times a day but majority of such terms landed on sales pages or unwanted information. There are many real lists but they are full of crap.
If you spend a lot of money each day so invest a little and go for “fast blog finder”, I am very pleased to use this desktop software to find “do follow blogs” related to your niche.
Another desktop facility is “Comment Kahuna” but I didn’t use it too often, it is free so there is nothing wrong to give it a try. Alternatively, you can ask for a list in comments with your email and keyword. I’ll send you the list free.
Tips:-
I can see “do follow blogs” full of comment stuffed with keywords. I think that is a good way to get a ban from that blog or from Akismet. Here are few tips.
(1) At least use your name with your keyword after ‘@’ so someone could talk to you. Imagine if you are working on a “pen** health” site and someone would call you a pen**. Don’t do that.
(2) Don’t be one liner. If you have something to share with the topic then participate in it or leave it.
(3) Don’t cross the limit of comments. Don’t go for more than 10 comments a day
(4) Along with “do follow blogs”, comment on “no follow” blogs as well. 10% of your comments should be on “no follow” blogs. By missing that, you are missing a lot of traffic and other resources from search engines other than “Google” like Yahoo, Msn.
Rescue:-
After a few comments or after a few days of your commenting campaign, if you feel tht none of your comments is going to show, then check your blog or site against Akismet. Now if you are sure that you are flagged as spam then go to Akismet site and send them a request to remove the flag. They will do it once without much hassle but be careful in future because they are not going to do it again.
Another way to get out of Akismet spam is submitting ‘false positives’. If you have blogs on different C-Class IP then comment on your own blogs and de-spam comments. If you have couple of friends with blogs then comment on their blogs and ask them to de-spam your comments.

What Search Engine Optimization consists of?

Onsite SEO:-
It was not less than a big Hype for me to have this term very clear in my mind but after a few experiences, I know that what it is actually.
Onsite Seo means right proportion of keywords everywhere on your site. It includes Meta tags, your content, your header and footer. As a whole, it is known as keyword density. We shall discuss it in detail in later posts
Offsite SEO:-
This is the difficult part of SEO, You work day and night for this, even 24 hours a day. What it is actually? It is just link building, you build links for your site or blog. Furtehr more it can be categorized in anchor building and PR building.
Some experts call these links votes, so bigger the number of votes you have, better your site or blog will perform. A few common methods to use for link building are listed below. We shall discuss them in details in forthcoming posts. I’ll be sharing a few good resources as well so stay in touch.
